Abogado. Licenciado en la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad Nacional de Rosario. (Argentina).
Ha sido Profesor de Derecho del Instituto de Economía de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y Profesor de Derecho Informático en la Facultad de Derecho de esta misma Universidad.
Ha sido profesor de Derecho Procesal Civil y del curso de Derecho Procesal Tributario en la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Andrés Bello.
Ha sido profesor del curso de Derecho de Internet en la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Andrés Bello.
En la actualidad es profesor de Derecho Procesal Civil de la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Participó durante los años 2012 a 2014, como asesor invitado permanente, en su calidad de Profesor de Derecho Procesal Civil, de la Comisión de Constitución, Legislación y Justicia de la Cámara de Diputados de Chile, en la discusión particular del Proyecto de Ley de nuevo Código Procesal Civil, hasta el término de la votación en dicha Comisión y en la misma Comisión del Senado, durante el año 2014.
Ha escritos artículos de Derecho publicados en Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Perú y México.
Ha participado como conferencista en Congresos Internacionales de Derecho realizados en Argentina (Azul, 2006); Perú (Cajamarca, 2007); Chile (Santiago, 2007); Colombia (Cali, 2008); México (Guadalajara, 2010); México (Querétaro, 2011); Colombia (Bucaramanga, 2011); México (Ixtapa, 2011); Chile (La Serena 2012); México (ciudad de México, 2013); Brasil (Uberlandia, Minas Gerais, 2014);

He is a PhD in Law. National University of Rosario, Argentina.
He has been a Law Professor at the Economy School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and Professor of Computer Law, at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He has been Professor of Civil Procedure Law, Professor of Tax Procedure Law, at the Law School of Andrés Bello University in Santiago de Chile.
He has been Professor of Internet Law at the Law School of Andrés Bello University in Santiago de Chile.
Currently, he is Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He participated during the years 2012-2014, as a permanent guest advisor, as Professor of Civil Procedural Law Commission of Constitution, Legislation and Justice of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile, in particular discussion of the Bill of new Civil Procedure Code, until the end of the vote in that committee and in the same Senate committee during 2014.
He is the author of several publications in different Law Magazines in Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Peru and México.

He is member the Chilean Institute of the Procedure Law and to Chilean Bar Association.
He is the author of the books «The Internet Law» (Published by Editorial de Derecho, Santiago of Chile, 2006); «The Special Principles of Internet Law» (Published by Editorial El Jurista, 2015) and The Protection Rights Action. Deepened study and update its origins, evolution, Doctrine, Jurisprudence and Comparative Law (Published by Editorial El Jurista, 2016)
He is the Chairman of the Chilean Chapter of the Procedure Law Panamerican Institute
